What is Seitime Games?

Seitime Games is a professionally run online tabletop RPG platform offering immersive campaigns and high-stakes Arena sessions. Whether you're a veteran adventurer or new to DnD, our sessions are tailored for meaningful storytelling, dynamic encounters, and long-term character progression. We host games through Foundry VTT and Discord, and every player has a profile to track attendance, Arena tickets, and characters.

What do I need to play?

You’ll need:

  • A verified Seitime Games account with your email and Discord handle
  • A microphone and stable internet connection
  • A Discord account
  • A persistent Arena/Campaign character created and stored in your profile

We recommend you watch our video guides and read the Social Contract before joining your first session.

Where do games take place?

All sessions are hosted online using:

  • Discord for voice chat
  • Foundry VTT for most maps and gameplay

Directions to your specific game room are shared during your session 0 for Campaigns. For Arena sessions, they are hosted through the MUG Hub Waiting Room Gladiator Voice Chat.

How do I join a game?

Visit the Games Page and browse available sessions. You can apply to campaigns or Arena one-shots based on your account status. If you're not logged in, you'll be redirected to the login page.

To join:

  • Complete your profile (email, Discord, pronouns, character list)
  • Select a session
  • Follow prompts to join or apply

Why am I unable to join a session?

You may see a warning message if:

  • You're not logged in or verified
  • You haven't completed your profile (missing Discord handle, pronouns, etc.)
  • You haven't submitted a character
  • The game is full or not accepting new applicants

How do campaigns and Arena sessions differ?

Campaigns

Ongoing, story-driven, and billed as a monthly subscription. GMs tailor narrative arcs to your character’s journey. You will likely have a consistent party across sessions.


Orion Sphere Arena

Competitive one-shots with dynamic teams. Players bring persistent Arena characters and fight enemies for experience, downtime, and gold. These are billed per seat via Stripe, with payment captured only if the session activates.

What if I need to cancel?

Campaigns

No per-session charges apply, but we ask you to notify us as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may lead to account review.


Arena

  • You may cancel more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid charges.
  • If you cancel within 12 hours, or don’t show up, the authorized payment will be processed in full.

What happens if my character dies?

Campaigns

Death is a narrative element. Resurrection, consequences, or permanent death are handled by the GM according to story context.


Arena

If your character dies in the Arena, they are permanently retired. Resurrections are only permitted within the first minute after death, and only if you can beat the Kruthik to their corpse (Kruthik typcally take 1-2 rounds to burrow to a corpse). After that, the goddess of the Arena, Cheatess, claims their spirit. Fallen Arena characters become nameless specters in the endless ghostly desert that surrounds the Arena Planes—forever wandering in purgatory with only the faintest memory of who they were.

How do I track progress or level up?

Campaigns

Campaigns may be milestone-based or experience-based, depending on the GM and campaign being run. Most use milestone advancement based on narrative progress. Experience-based campaigns will clearly indicate XP awards at session end.


Arena

Arena characters gain Experience, Gold, and Downtime Weeks. These are spent or tracked through Foundry during live sessions or by request between sessions. Leveling up and character edits may be made at any point outside of combat or active encounters, so long as they do not disrupt ongoing sessions.

What if I’ve never played DnD before?

Seitime Games welcomes all experience levels! For campaigns, we recommend starting with a Session 0 (free onboarding), which typically includes two parts:

  • Part 1: Character creation, server discovery, subscription setup, Foundry basics, and backstory development
  • Part 2: A short story-focused session that narratively introduces your character to the existing party

For Arena sessions, there usually isn’t time for a personal Session 0, so we strongly encourage watching our video guides beforehand:

Can I bring friends or gift seats?

Yes! You can gift Arena seats by selecting the “Gift this seat” option during signup. The recipient must register and redeem the invitation code before the cutoff window.
