Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any part of Seitime Games, including our website, scheduling tools, game sessions, and community resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

By using Seitime Games, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Seitime Games does not knowingly collect or process data from users under the age of 18.

3. Subscriptions & Availability

Patreon subscriptions grant you access to a seat in a recurring campaign. However, session availability may vary based on scheduling conflicts or minimum player attendance. Subscriptions do not guarantee session availability or specific start/end times.

4. Session Start Policy

Sessions begin at their scheduled time. If a player is not present, the group will wait up to 15 minutes. After that time, the session may begin without them or be postponed if either: (a) fewer than three players are present, or (b) the story requires a missing players presence.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Seitime Games Refund Policy. This includes timing of cancellations, missed sessions, and auto-charges for Arena seats. Please review the full policy for detailed guidance.

6. Code of Conduct

All players must adhere to our Social Contract. Violations of community guidelines, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in temporary suspension or permanent account removal at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property & Character Usage

By participating in Seitime Games, you retain ownership of your original characters and are free to create your own merchandise, content, and representations. However, Seitime Games reserves a non-exclusive right to use your character's name, likeness, and narrative content for promotional and merchandising purposes related to the platform. You agree not to assert ownership over any merchandise or content produced by Seitime Games using these likenesses, and Seitime Games makes no claim to profit from user-created merchandise.

8. Live Streaming & Recordings

Seitime Games may stream game sessions, including Orion Sphere Arena and most campaigns, on public platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Kick, ect. By participating in any streamed session, you consent to the use of your voice, character, and in-game actions being broadcast and recorded. Private custom campaigns are an available service, upon request and will not be streamed. If you do not consent to being recorded or streamed, please do not join publicly streamed sessions.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We are not liable for any such changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in a Canadian federal court of Queens Bench, or appropriate jurisdiction.
