Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to support Seitime Games operations:

  • Stripe (for payment processing)
  • Discord (for community interaction and announcements)
  • Patreon (for subscription and campaign seat access: Temporary/legacy use only)
  • StartPlaying Games (temporary/legacy use only)

Purpose of Data Collection

Your data is used for the following purposes:

  • Scheduling and organizing sessions
  • Contacting players and managing communication
  • Managing subscriptions and session payments
  • Tracking session attendance and character participation (especially for Orion Sphere Arena)

Data Sharing and Disclosure

Seitime Games does not sell or share your personal information beyond what is necessary to operate the platform. Data is only shared with the third-party services listed above to the extent required for site functionality and account management.

Data Retention and Deletion

Users may request deletion of their profile and data at any time. When a profile is deleted:

  • All data is removed from active tables and archived
  • Email, Discord handle, username, and all character data are retained in an archive for up to 5 years for record-keeping purposes

Users may exercise their right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting us at contact@seitimegames.com. Please allow up to 45 days for a response in accordance with applicable privacy regulations under PIPA (Personal Information Protection Act).

Age Restrictions

Seitime Games is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, users confirm that they meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that an account has been created by someone under 18, we will remove their data from our systems.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Seitime Games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
